What you save on a business trip
A photographer travelling from Warsaw to Kraków covers almost 300 kilometres each way, or about two and a half hours by train. For an event that starts in the morning you add a hotel night, and one day of work turns into two days away. You pay for every hour on the road, even though not a single photo is taken.
I am based in Kraków. You pay for the time I work on site and a short drive across the city, charged at 2 PLN per kilometre both ways.

How a remote assignment works
- A phone or video call: the purpose of the photos, the place, the date and who from your team will be on site.
- A quote by email, then a contract you accept online, with no printing or scanning.
- Your shot list: people, moments, partner logos. If needed, I collect participants’ consent to use their image via a link or QR code.
- The shoot. You get the first selected frames the same day, so your marketing team can use them straight away.
- The full set in an online gallery by the deadline in the contract, for events within 5 working days. Plus an invoice for your company.

Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes. I issue the invoice after the job, with the payment term written into the contract.
Do we need to meet before the job?
No. We agree everything by phone, video call and email. On site, one person who knows the schedule and can point out who to photograph is enough.
How much does a day of photography cost?
For events, 400 PLN per hour on site. For portraits, products and interiors the price depends on the number of photos: rates are on the individual service pages. Travel within Kraków is 2 PLN per kilometre both ways.
Do you work outside Kraków?
Yes, across Małopolska and further afield. Still, a Kraków base keeps travel to a minimum, and for a client from another city that is the biggest saving.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Arrangements, the contract and communication on site can all be in English.
